I've found the Creative Prodikeys to be invaluable in recording my own demos. The fact that the Prodikeys acts as a midi controller is great. I can pound out my ideas for parts and record them at the same time without all the hassle of hooking up an external keyboard.

I'm also a hobbyist video maker and I've found the Prodikeys to be very helpful in laying down sound samples and background beds for my video projects. I can simply import the finished video from Vegas 4.0 into Sonar and then watch it while I lay down the parts from the Prodikeys in real time.

And Man, is it a learning tool for kids. Once I explained a few simple instructions, they were able to play notes and chords and kow exactly what they were playing because the Prodikeys tells them what they are playing. And with all the rhythm beds provided in the Prodikeys, it makes experimenting with music just plain fun...!
