Tired of hearing the same ring tone ringing on every other phone? Why not compose and customize your own? All you need is your Prodikeys and the Ring tone software that comes with your mobile phone.

1. Play and record the tune in any of the following mode on your Prodikeys: FixedChord, Intelligent and Perform.

2. Click [Record] button to start and end recording.

3. Click [Play] button to preview recording.

4. If you are satisfied with your recording, click on [Save] button to save your recording as a MIDI file.

5. Activate ring tone conversion software* that comes with your mobile phone. (e.g. Nokia Sound Converter).

6. Import the MIDI file you have recorded into the software*.

7. You may need to adjust the channel and polyphony settings on the MIDI file suitable for your phone model.

8. Different phone model has got different audio and polyphony support, hence the ring tone may sound different from the original MIDI file you have recorded on your phone. Take a listen at the examples:

• Play original MIDI file
• Play converted ring tone

9. Finally, transfer the ring tone to you phone from the PC via the phone connectivity cable, or by activating the InfraRed on both your PC and phone.

10. After the transfer is completed, you can set the tune on your phone to be your very own customized ring tone!
